What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are Clara's simple system for content creation. Each video costs 100 credits and each post costs 10 credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that refreshes automatically. For example, the Starter plan (200 credits) lets you create 2 videos, or 1 video + 10 posts, or 20 posts per month — you choose how to use them.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits are used up, you can either wait for your monthly refresh (credits refill automatically each billing cycle) or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits. Clara's plans are designed so you can generate multiple videos per month to keep your social media active and growing.
Can I fix a video without spending credits?
Yes! Every video has a free "Edit Speech" button that lets you re-generate the voiceover and subtitles at no cost. Experiment with different voices, tones, and styles without using any credits. Only generating a completely new video costs credits.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or change my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Clara's Agency plan is designed for professionals managing multiple clients. You get a single subscription with unlimited accounts — one for each client — all sharing the same credit pool. Each account has its own business description, photos, and social connections, while you manage everything from one place.
What if I don't like any of the provided plans?
We provide custom plans for businesses and influencers. If you don't like any of the provided plans, you can contact us and we will create a custom plan for you.
